On booking a hotel room we request a credit card number to guarantee the reservation.
As of July 2020 where possible we only accept card payments for food, drinks and rooms.
We accept American Express.
Payment for ROOM will be charged on day of check-in. FOOD bills will be emailed on day of departure and payment may be made from your room in a secure payment module on your phone or tablet.
Hotel bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival with no charge. However room rates may differ between dates if your booking is transferred.
Group bookings (3 rooms+) can be cancelled or transferred up to 7 days prior to arrival with no charge. However, room rates may differ between dates if your booking is transferred.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking due to Covid-19, we can cancel or transfer your booking to another suitable date.
Any cancellations or amendments within 72 hours/7 days of arrival that are not as a direct result of Covid-19 will result in a charge of the first night’s stay being applied to your credit card.
If we are forced to close due to Covid-19, bookings will be cancelled or transferred at no charge.
Deposits are only required for bookings of 3 rooms+, stays of 5 days+ or for special events.
For bookings of 3 rooms+ deposit of first night stay for each room required.
Stays of 5 days+ a deposit of 25% of the total cost required.

New Year’s Eve Package – Full payment is required on booking and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking due to Covid-19, we can transfer your booking to another suitable date. However, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable. If we are forced to close due to Covid-19, bookings will be cancelled or transferred at no charge.
Children must be age 5 or over and they must have their own room.

OUR KEY COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
We consider the safety of our guests and our team a priority.
We are following Welsh government guidelines and have undertaken an extensive risk assessment for the safety of guests and teams.
We ask you to be mindful of social distancing, in corridors and on arriving and leaving the building.
Hand sanitizer stations are available at the entry doors and in your room.
All team members have been re-trained in the correct hand washing method and frequency.
The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of rooms, surfaces, including, tables, chairs and touch points has been increased. Bedrooms are ‘fogged’ prior to arrival
We have reviewed all disinfectants and confirm they are effective against the virus.
If you or any of your party becomes unwell during your stay, with a high temperature and or loss of taste or smell, please stay in your room, and inform us immediately.
