Booking terms

On booking a hotel room we request a credit card number to guarantee the reservation.

As of July 2020 are no longer accepting cash payments. We will only be accepting card payments for rooms, drinks and food.
We do accept American Express.

On check-out payment may be made from your room in a secure payment module on your phone or tablet.

 

Hotel cancellations and changes

Hotel bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival with no charge. However room rates may differ between dates if your booking is transferred.

 

Covid-19

If you need to cancel or amend your booking due to Covid-19, we can cancel or transfer your booking to another suitable date.

Any cancellations or amendments within 72 hours of arrival that are not as a direct result of Covid-19 will result in a charge of the first night’s stay being applied to your credit card.

If we are forced to close due to Covid-19, bookings will be cancelled or transferred at no charge.

 

Deposits

Deposits are only required for bookings of 3 rooms+, stays of 7 days+ or for special events. You will be notified of the terms at the time of booking.
